HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU CAN CONTINUE TO HELP YOUR CHILD PRACTICE :
**Say his/her entire name, first and last. Practice his or her real name, even if he or she goes by a nickname.

**Print his/her first AND last names correctly, in D'Nealian, with capital letters for only the first letter of each and the rest in lowercase. A D'Nealian alphabet is in your child's agenda.

**Memorize his/her student number and "type" it, using the paper 'keyboard' we sent home. Remember to press 'Enter' at the end.

**Sing some of the songs we are learning at school - the Good Morning to You Song, the Weather Song, the Phonics Song, the ABC song WITH hand signs for letters...

**Retell some of the stories that have been read at school, focusing on what happened at the beginning, middle and end of the story.
